I HAVE ALLERGIES, WHAT DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN?
Stacks mixes are all gluten-free. Our mixes have no added nasties at all. No added egg, soya, sulfites. No added cane sugar. We do not pack in a nut-free facility.
YOU HAVE NO ADDED SUGAR, WHAT SWEETENS YOUR MIXES?
We use delicious plant-based protein from Nutristrength. This is sweetened with Reb A (stevia extract) and Thaumatin. Thaumatin is a sweet tasting basic protein from the West African katemfe fruit.
WHAT ARE THE NUTRITIONAL VALUES OF YOUR MIXES?
Each mix varies slightly and specific details are on the product pages. All are high in Protein 20g, High in Fibre 6g and low in Sugar 4g. Wholegrain nutritious ingredients include: Buckwheat, Brown rice, Quinoa, Teff and Flaxseed.
HOW DO I KEEP YOUR MIXES VEGAN?
We give vegan options on pack. You can add 1 mashed banana or a chia / flax egg (or egg replacer) plus 250mls mylk (delicious with oat, nut or coconut mylk).
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES EACH PACK FEED?
The mix makes a large 6-8 large 6 inch pancakes. Plenty for 2-3 hungry people, perhaps 4! You can make half the pack if you'd like to make a small stack and save the rest of the mix for 2-3 weeks.

With 17g protein, 6g Fibre and 4g Sugar – these gluten-free protein pancakes are a great way to start the day. They taste amazing with a light fluffy texture, generous serving of freeze dried blueberries, and delicious vanilla pea protein from Nutristrength. And with wholegrain ingredients like buckwheat, quinoa, teff and flax, they are good for you too.
Simply stack them up and top them with a drizzle of maple syrup or fresh berries and yoghurt.

2 eggs and 250mls (1 cup) milk or Vegan: 250mls mylk (oat, soy, coconut, almond all work well) and 1 mashed banana (or chia/flax 'egg').
Each pack makes 6-8 pancakes (plenty for 2 hungry people, sometimes more!) depending on how large you make them. We recommend using a couple of tablespoons of mixture per pancake for small pancakes and ¼ cup mixture for large.
