With 17g protein, 6g Fibre and 4g Sugar – these gluten-free protein pancakes are a great way to start the day. They taste amazing with a light fluffy texture, generous serving of freeze-dried fruit or chocolate chips, and delicious pea protein from Nutristrength. 

And with wholegrain ingredients like buckwheat, quinoa, teff and flax, they are good for you too.

Simply stack them up and top them with a drizzle of maple syrup, fresh berries and yoghurt.

JUST ADD:

2 eggs and 250mls (1 cup) milk or 
Vegan: 250mls mylk (oat, soy, coconut, almond all work well) and 1 mashed banana (or chia/flax 'egg').
